Redraft Email for Gmail (“Redraft”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome extension handles your information.

Data Collection

We do NOT collect any personal data. Specifically:

  • We do not read, access, or store your email content
  • We do not collect email addresses or recipient information
  • We do not track your usage or browsing behavior
  • We do not use cookies or analytics
  • We do not require account creation or sign-up

Data Storage

All extension functionality operates entirely within your browser. When you use the “Keep Draft” feature, your draft content is temporarily held in your browser's memory during the compose session. No data is ever transmitted to external servers.

Third-Party Services

Redraft does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services. We do not use:

  • • Analytics services (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • • Advertising networks
  • • External APIs or servers
  • • Social media tracking

Permissions Explained

Redraft requests the following Chrome permissions:

scripting

Required to inject the extension interface into Gmail's compose window. This allows us to add the “Keep Draft” and “Send Individual” buttons to your email composer.

Host Permission: mail.google.com

Required to access Gmail pages where the extension operates. The extension only activates on Gmail and has no access to any other websites.
